This project involved the design of a 6,000-square-foot modern lakefront residence focused on open living, natural light, and a strong connection to the waterfront. Clean horizontal forms and a simple palette of natural wood, stone, and glass give the home a contemporary character. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open the main living spaces directly to the outdoors, while large overhangs provide shade and create comfortable outdoor living areas. The design takes full advantage of the lake setting, bringing the landscape and views into the everyday experience of the home.
