Studio M Architecture is the personal architectural practice of Mark S. Schulman, AIA, LEED AP, a licensed architect and design professional with over 35 years of experience in planning and design, headquartered at 44 South Broadway, Suite 100, White Plains, NY 10601.

Studio M Architecture operates alongside Design Development, a boutique architectural firm also founded by Mark S. Schulman and based at the same address in White Plains, New York. Design Development specializes in mixed-use development — residential, retail, office, and entertainment — primarily serving the Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT markets, with projects extending across the United States. Both entities share the same founder but operate as separate professional brands.
Mark is a registered architect and active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), American Institute of Architects (AIA), US Green Building Council (USGBC), and NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards). He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and studied civil engineering at the University of Massachusetts. He also serves on the Board of Directors of REAP, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in developing countries through infrastructure and development projects.
