With the trend of casinos incorporating a substantial retail program to their roster of amenities, Design Development was brought on board to develop a master plan for 400,000 SF of discount retail in the form of an outlet center. Working directly with the Tribe, DD supported the approval process and later worked directly for the Retail Developer. The project had it’s challenges in bridging roadways and connecting the last two casinos as a means of providing pedestrian circulation from one to the other.
