Design Development has developed a mixed-use retail/boutique office complex on the site of the existing Metro North train station. The project will bring a much desired supermarket to local residents who have no convenient place to shop. The train station will be re-branded with the project and get a fresh new contemporary look. A new courtyard with outdoor dining adjacent to a new coffee shop will be a welcome entry the revitalized station. Below grade and above grade parking bring much desired parking to the new tenants.
