MASTER PLANNING
Design Development planned and participated in the approvals of a proposed 4-block waterfront development with 1,200 residential units. Restaurants, a marina & yacht club, and a 1/2 mile public park fronting the Hudson River are just a few of the amenities that serve both the tenants and the public. A new train station is being proposed along with structured parking to support the new community.
