Our projects range from small single tenant fit-ups & renovations to multi-million square foot planned communities…from vertically mixed-use, dense urban projects to rural outposts.

Every single project is different and exciting, which makes every day interesting and rewarding. “It is critically important to stay engaged with the day to day decision making on every project we do.

It’s how we’ve become trusted partners to our clients and someone they call year-after-year, if not for the next job then to bounce ideas off of.

Mark often refers to himself as nothing more than a “Project Manager”, with his sole objective…a “Happy Client”. Mark is currently leading his Studio’s efforts in over $500 million of ground-up development projects.

Prior to going out on his own, Mark finished his tenure as a partner with Street-Works, a development consulting firm located in White Plains, New York.

Mark was responsible for managing large mixed-use development projects. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Planned Expansion Group, an architectural group focused on urban retail and entertainment centers. In addition to architecture, he has a significant amount of development experience, which helps put perspective on design within the bigger-picture of the development process.

Mark is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, US Green Building Council, American Institute of Architects
and NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards). Mark attended college at the University of
Massachusetts for civil engineering and later graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from New York Institute
of Technology.

Mark is also on the Board of Directors for REAP, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving
the lives of children in developing countries. His primary role is to help establish and oversee
infrastructure projects from building new class rooms to long range plans for growth and development.
