This project involved a façade design study for an existing building located at 127 4th Avenue in New York, NY. The study explored opportunities to refresh and strengthen the building’s street presence while preserving the architectural character and existing ornamentation that define the property. Several design approaches considered updated color palettes, material combinations, architectural details, and graphic elements that complemented the original façade rather than replacing it. The proposed updates were intended to create a more cohesive and renewed appearance while respecting the building’s existing character and history.
