620 Avenue of the Americas constructed in 1896, was designed to utilize monumental architectural expression as a symbol of the “Cast Iron Era”. It is one of the premier landmark buildings in the Flatiron District. The buildings expansive footprint was ideal for the first large format retailers in NYC.
