Courthouse Pickleball

Located in Danbury, Connecticut, this project transforms an existing warehouse into a modern indoor pickleball destination through adaptive reuse. The design retains the building’s industrial character while introducing contemporary finishes, warm materials, and an open, welcoming interior. The facility features eight pickleball courts, a café and lobby, pro shop, golf simulators, mezzanine, social areas, offices, conference and party rooms, and locker facilities. Large areas of glazing connect the lobby and social spaces to the courts, creating an active environment for recreation, events, and community gathering.
