LeCount Square is a revitalization project proposed for a 2.5 acre site in downtown New Rochelle, NY. The project will include retail shops, restaurants, private residences, office space, and a hotel. the proposed three-story retail and restaurant base will have three levels of below-grade parking and two 500’ towers above housing residential units, office space a 5-star hotel. A newly reconfigured public street connects to adjacent city blocks enhancing the city’s revitalization efforts.
