Long Wharf Theater Center

The Long Wharf Theater project will be the entertainment anchor for a proposed mixed-use project at the Nine-Square District in downtown New Haven. The project will include a tower with a 175 key hotel and a conference center below, becoming a a visual landmark for guests traveling the I-95 corridor. The project will have low-rise residential lofts above a retail lined street with structured parking off-street at the center of the site. The project is designed to serve as a destination for the growing retail and entertainment district.
