The Standard

251 North Avenue is a 120 unit multi-family project with 4,000 SF of ancillary retail space. The structure has been built out to the lot line in every direction. Building recesses allow light and air to units and at those recesses, glass and metal panel assemblies play off the solid opaque corners. There is a robust amenity package, which includes a business center, gym, living room, kitchen, grade level patio space with a private connection to a coffee shop and a large roof top lounge. As part of the project an historic printing press building will be converted to a cafe.
