The Whitmore

Building on the success of Bloomingdale’s & maximizing the existing site’s development potential, Design Development prepared a concept that integrates: a 5-star hotel/residential program; 20,000 square feet of high-end restaurants; a conference center; a boutique spa; a covered public atrium and a new parking structure. All the uses come together around a central porte-cochere with a water feature. The architecture is contemporary, including Bloomingdale’s new facade renovation. The new development will be constructed without shutting down Bloomingdale’s operation.
