Design Development was retained to analyze Turning Stone’s Master Plan and incorporate a a new retail center tied to the casino. Currently a destination, the guest experience is enhanced by providing shopping on site as a way of extending the customer stay within the overall establishment. The new mall will also attract people that never came before.
