River Park Center is a revitalization project proposed for a 13 acre site in downtown Yonkers, NY. The project is designed to offer shopping, dining, a multiplex theater, residential units and office space. The eleven story commercial podium, which includes parking and vertical circulation cores, will be topped with two 500’ towers and a minor-league baseball stadium. 1,100 linear feet of the Saw Mill River will be day-lighted and will become a central feature of the 3.25 acre public open space.
