At one of the gateway locations into the Town of Haverstraw, Design Development designed a new multi-family project with the entire ground floor devoted to small commercial storefronts which make up approximately 15 live-work units within the project. Additionally we incorporated a public parcel into the overall design providing a public plaza directly accessible to the public and residents. The public frontage activates the entire site and will help bridge the gap between a large residential neighborhood to the south and Main Street to the north.
