Designed to house graduate students attending Touro College’s Law School, the project integrates aspects of both hospitality and housing to create a lively “hotel-like” atmosphere. Private apartments with amenities which include a large dining room with open kitchen, lounge with fireplace & library, fitness center and private storage lockers to accommodate bicycles among other things. Sport courts and outdoor patio space with furniture and wifi provide the students with multiple living experiences.
