Apple Ridge Storage Facility

The Apple Ridge Storage Facility project transforms an existing 4,000-square-foot building into a more efficient storage and distribution facility. The design introduces a new mezzanine level and expanded storage rack system to increase capacity within the existing footprint, while two loading bay doors improve the building’s receiving and shipping operations.

The reconfigured layout creates dedicated storage areas and clearer circulation for the movement of goods throughout the facility. By utilizing the building’s existing structure and vertical space, the project increases operational capacity while providing a more organized and functional environment for day-to-day storage and distribution.
