Focused on redevelopment of a blighted area between I-95 and a densely populated neighborhood, Gun Hill Road was comprised of two residential towers and 500,000 SF of medium and large format retail proposed on a 14 acre urban site. Plans called for an upgraded city bus depot and other public infrastructure improvements.
