This residential project was located at 7 Tait Road in the established Old Greenwich, Connecticut neighborhood. The project involved the redevelopment of an existing residence into a new approximately 2,200 square-foot, three-story home. The proposed residence was designed to accommodate three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a focus on creating a functional and comfortable layout within the compact footprint. The design maintained a residential character appropriate to the surrounding neighborhood while introducing updated proportions, materials, and detailing. The three-floor configuration allowed for a clear separation of living, private, and service spaces while maximizing the available square footage and creating a cohesive new home tailored to the client’s needs.
